Static Major Is Music

Ok, here's another exclusive join for y'all, i don't have a lot of informations about this song, but my guess is the song was a Southernaire Allstars song, cause there's Yaushameen, Native (or J-Bird) on the track, Static doin the hook, i can also hear a little bit of Black in the last hook. The song is sampled, got a little work for y'all, what is the sample ?? It's easy to find... So i'm counting on Neeze to bring us more informations about that song, but for now let's take a listen to it.

Here is one of the many tracks Playa recorded after the release of their "Cheers 2 U" album. The song is produced by Bink!, who did a lot of production for Jay-Z back in the day. The song also features Native, whom I will feature in the future with some other music he did with Static. So look out for that! As for this track, it's probably one of my favourite Playa songs of all time and it's easy to see why. What I really love about the song is the beat, which was completely different from the sound of Playa we heard on the "Cheers 2 U" album. It's definitely interesting to hear how Playa arranged songs that were out of their "natural" style. Make no mistake about it though, talented writers like Static don't rely only on one producer to make hot hits. They can make hot tracks with ANY producer.. You may or may not remember this Timbaland produced song from back in the day, but it is definitely a banger! The track was done by The Southernaire All-Stars, and it also features Static Major who does the hook and also raps on the track. The Southernaire All-Stars was a rap group that consisted of Yaushameen, Native and J-Bird. Their album was to be executively produced by Static Major, Jomo and Barry Hankerson. For some reason though, their album was never released. I'm now listening to this track, wondering to myself...what could have been? This is absolute fire. What do you think of this song?
