One thing I admired most about Static's songwriting was the fact that he was able to connect with both male and female artists so well. One day he could be writing a song like "Pony", and then the next day he could completely switch up his style and write a deep track like this one. It's still amazing to me how he could write from a female's point of view so well.

    Just a quick fact, Static wrote this song, JDub did the track and Digital Black vocally produced it for Static while we were in L.A. Static had to get home for a family emergency and ask Black to vocally produce Aaliyah that night. So there you have it, another Playa colaboration.

I guess Static wanted to give us just a taste of what Suppertime could be, the "Vol. 1" meaned it had to has other volume coming, but for this one like i said, it's OG Music except the last track... Music: Static Major - Questions (Aaliyah's Demo) (UPDATE WITH FULL SONG)

As we all know, Static & Aaliyah were close, you can feel the chemistry between the writer and the singer, and Static most impressive talent was his ability to write for a woman, to express a woman's feeling. So there's the song "Questions" produced by Buddha, wrote & sung by Static, a demo song for Aaliyah, made around 2000-2001 i think. I don't know yet if she had the chance to record it for herself, but Static version shows his falsetto skills, he wrote for a woman, & even sing the demo like Aaliyah should sing it, amazing! Stay tune for a snippet listening, something rare that i'm sure you don't wanna miss! UPDATE: Here is the first installment of Static Music Monday.
