Music: Jamie Foxx - Can I Take U Home

One of the last Static/Timbaland connections ever but it was a hot one. An interesting fact about this track is Static was going to keep this track for himself. Other than "So Anxious" by Ginuwine, this might be favourite slow jam from the Static/Timbaland duo.

And here is the instrumental for everyone. You can hear a Jodeci type feeling all over this joint!

The hunt for Static Major's version of this track begins now.

Released with no real promotion (but Louisville resident as i know, had this mixtape for a while), i guess lot of us didn't know about it until lately. This is for the hood lovers, got Lil Flip on it, Young Sears productions, it's OG Music here! We also got Playa songs on it. I guess Static wanted to give us just a taste of what Suppertime could be, the "Vol. 1" meaned it had to has other volume coming, but for this one like i said, it's OG Music except the last track... Taura "Aura" Jackson talks about "Crazy" and Static Major

I've posted some information on the blog exclusive joint "Crazy" by Aura already, but I figured it would make more sense if we heard it straight from her, because she was actually there. So here is the very talented Aura talking about the history of the track: I was signed to Atlantic at the time. Gee Roberson was my A&R and he manages Kanye. Kanye came to the studio and had forgotten his records, but I'm an avid Joni Mitchell fan and had some of her records there. It was like magic watching Kanye work. He crafted that beat like it was a priceless sculpture. When it started to come together Gee, who managed Static at that time too said "What do you think about Static co-writing with you?" Well, I was ecstatic, pun fully intended. Within an hour or so, Static came over. I was fully aware and familiar with his work with Playa, Aaliyah, Genuine and he had also written my girl Truth Hurts super sick single "Addicted", so I was excited. He came in...
