I might be in the minority, but I never really liked that Brandy song. On the other hand, I've always been a huge fan of the "Don't Know What To Tell Ya." Timbaland killed it with that beat and the way the vocals are arranged makes the song great to me.
Hard one... Between ''Who Is She 2 U'' and '' Don't Know What To Tell Ya'' I would probably choose Brandy. But, in this case - my vote goes to Aaliyah! B.
