1. Stay Laced (Featuring Lil Flip) (4:14) 2. The Hood (Featuring Lil Flip) (3:41) 3. Rida (Featuring Lil Flip & Cassidy) (2:45) 4. She Say (Featuring Playa) (3:58) 5. Rollin (3:49) 6. Hard Tymez (Featuring Lil Flip) (2:40) 7. Weekend (Featuring Playa) (3:50) 8. Tipsy (3:23) I've heard back in 2005 somebody talk about that "Suppertime Mixtape", but i found it in 2008, & unfortunaly, the mixtape was just available in mp3 format. Released with no real promotion (but Louisville resident as i know, had this mixtape for a while), i guess lot of us didn't know about it until lately. This is for the hood lovers, got Lil Flip on it, Young Sears productions, it's OG Music here! We also got Playa songs on it. I guess Static wanted to give us just a taste of what Suppertime could be, the "Vol. 1" meaned it had to has other volume coming, but for this one like i said, it's OG Music except the last track... Edit: You can listen & buy the mixtape here U
I'm gonna go with "Luv 2 Luv Ya." Really for me, I only like Static's part on "Lollipop." And I guess I really only like Playa's part on "Luv 2 Luv Ya," but their part is so smooth.
ReplyDeleteluv 2 Luv Ya...this track is classic. Lollipop is str8 but Wanye messed it up for me.
ReplyDeleteoooooooo luv 2 luv yaaaa
ReplyDeleteluv 2 luv ya....I agree^ that Wayne messed it up
ReplyDeleteLuv 2 Luv Ya
ReplyDeleteluv 2 luv ya
ReplyDeleteluv 2 luv ya. slam said it best. ......SPINNER
ReplyDeletegotta go with the classic, Luv 2 Luv Ya, that whole time period where the whole camp was really surfacing was probably one of my favorite times in music, both the original & the remix are crazy, and its funny this came up today, because I was just watching that Family Guy episode where Peter was going crazy over the bird bird bird record that Magoo quoted lol
ReplyDeletelollipop..howd wayne mess it up? #1 on almost all charts lol
ReplyDeleteI just noticed Slam posted the original version of Luv 2 Luv Ya. I prefer the remix but I'll stand by my vote.
ReplyDeleteLollipop...#1 chart spot, made covers and remakes of the joint...Static set it off
ReplyDeleteto Yung Major
ReplyDeleteLollipop is a tight song, better yet a beast, but Static didn't need lil wayne to make that song a hit. Wayne really didn't give props to Static for putting him in the superstar status with Lollipop.
@anonymous actually wayne always thanked static for that, not like he begged static for it anyway..they asked wayne whyd he cross-over to superstardom, he said he dint that static just gave him that
ReplyDeleteLuv 2 Luv Ya, no doubt.
